Best Way to White-label AI for Clients

YG3's CEO, a former management consultant and entrepreneur, had one question on his mind: how do we build an AI marketing department that doesn't need to be hired?

The answer? YG3. It's the marketing department you don't have to hire. An owner points it at their business and an AI operator runs the growth: it finds the customers, runs the ads, writes and publishes content in the owner's voice, sends outbound, and follows up, carefully enough to trust with ad spend. The owner keeps everything it builds and can leave anytime. It is built for owner-operators who need customers and don't want to manage a marketing team, starting with high-ticket local service businesses (home services first, then medical and dental, legal and real estate).

But what if you're not the owner? What if you're an agency or consultant trying to white-label AI for your clients? How do you make YG3 work for them without giving away the farm?

First, set clear expectations. Your client wants results, and they want to know what they're getting into. Be upfront about what YG3 can do, what it can't do, and what it takes to get there. This is where your expertise comes in - use your experience with similar clients to paint a realistic picture of the growth potential.

Second, create a custom growth plan. Yes, YG3 has its own system, but that doesn't mean you should just plug and play. Your client is unique, and so should their growth plan be. Use YG3 as your foundation, but build on it with your client's specific needs, goals, and industry insights. This will not only increase the chances of success but also demonstrate your value as an agency or consultant.

Third, monitor and adjust. YG3 is AI-powered, but it's still a tool. It needs to be used correctly, and it needs to be fine-tuned regularly. Be transparent about the process and show that you're actively managing your client's growth. This means regular check-ins, performance reviews, and adjustments based on data and feedback.

Finally, own the outcome. YG3 is powerful, but it's not magic. It's a tool designed to help businesses grow, but it doesn't replace the need for strategy, execution, and accountability. Be prepared to take ownership of your client's growth, both in terms of successes and failures. This means being accountable for the results, learning from them, and adjusting accordingly.

In short, white-labeling YG3 for your clients is about using AI as a tool, not a crutch. It's about setting clear expectations, creating custom growth plans, monitoring and adjusting regularly, and owning the outcome. And if you do that, you'll be helping your clients succeed in a way that's transparent, accountable, and genuinely helpful.

Which is what we're all trying to do, right?
