1. Pick a real question
Start with something customers ask before buying. Give each article one clear purpose.
2. Gather the evidence
Collect your notes, examples, and current primary sources. Keep source URLs alongside the claims they support.
3. Draft with your AI
Explain the audience, the question, and the outcome. Ask for plain language, a useful structure, and no invented facts.
4. Edit for usefulness
Add your judgment and experience. Check names, numbers, links, and product details. Remove filler.
5. Prepare the page
Set a descriptive title, stable URL, short summary, and relevant internal links. Add an image only when it helps.
6. Publish and learn
File a draft in YG3, review it, and publish. Check that the live page works and use customer responses to improve it.
