Publishing with AI works best when you bring the knowledge and use the AI to help organize it. The goal is a page that answers a real question clearly enough to help someone take their next step.
Choose one question
Start with something a customer asks before buying: what a service includes, how to prepare, or how two options differ. Keep the scope narrow enough that the article can answer the question fully. Avoid making several nearly identical pages around small variations of the same title.
Gather material before drafting
Collect your notes, first-hand examples, and current primary sources. Record each source URL with the claim it supports. For a software comparison, use current vendor documentation and disclose your relationship to the products. Ask the AI to flag missing information rather than fill the gaps with plausible details.
Give your AI a useful brief
Write for [audience] answering [question]. Use these notes and sources: [materials]. Explain [key points] and include [real example]. Use plain language. Do not invent numbers, quotes, customer stories, or product features. Identify claims that need verification. End with one practical next step.
Review before you publish
Check each name, number, feature, and quotation. Add experience that makes the article useful. Remove repeated paragraphs and vague claims. Follow the links. Ask whether a reader can make a better decision after reading the page. Google’s guidance emphasizes helpful, reliable content created for people. Source: Google Search Central.
Save a draft in YG3
Connect your AI to the correct YG3 workspace. Ask it to file the reviewed content as a draft with a descriptive title, a stable URL slug, and a short page summary. Confirm that the content is saved under the intended client before publishing. Owner-written content and content you prepare with your connected AI can be published on the free YG3 subdomain; custom domains require an eligible paid plan.
Publish and inspect the live page
Review the saved draft, make edits, and ask for it to be published. Open the returned live URL. Check the heading, paragraph spacing, tables if used, source links, internal links, and contact route. Viewing the draft alone does not verify the live result.
Improve the next article from real feedback
Use customer questions and available search data to choose the next subject. If readers still ask the question your article was meant to answer, improve the explanation. A manageable publishing routine is more useful than filling the archive with material you have not reviewed.
For example, a consultant answering “What happens during onboarding?” can publish a clear guide built from the actual steps customers experience. The AI helps shape the writing; the consultant verifies the process and owns the answer.
YG3-authored content and scheduled writing are Managed features, separate from using your own AI to prepare and publish articles. See About YG3 for context and Publish with AI for the checklist.
